Easy to order at the door machines. No queuing with a quick and smooth collection process. Very friendly Liverpudlian staff, nothing too much trouble to assist you.

We only wanted a late night snack and decided to eat here as it was opposite our hotel . Food was good and the girl serving us helped us choose the best option for value for money . Very busy but staff were great here

The best thing here is, is that you can usually find a seat somewhere in the subterranean food court .... especially if the super large Macdonalds is overflowing in Lord Street. And because it's not a drive in ..... you can use your discount vouchers.

I have only visited this restaurant a few times alone, and each time they have been quick with my order. There is not much seating available, which is something they could improve upon. However, if you are in a hurry and just passing by, it is a decent option for a quick meal.

The staff was friendly and provided quick service. However, the lack of seating space was disappointing. The tables needed cleaning and the restaurant was messy, with dirty floors and overflowing bins. They need to do a deep clean and empty the bins more frequently.
