Issues such as unacknowledged orders and lack of guidance have tarnished the experience for many. Despite these shortcomings, some visitors found solace in exceptional milkshakes and friendly drive-thru service, indicating a potential for improvement. With a focus on elevating customer service, this eatery has the opportunity to become a local favorite.
Went to this restaurant one Tuesday morning used the drive through. The food was delicious as was the coffee and the service was very friendly and efficient,especially the young lad who gave me my food.
False advertising here be aware !!!! At 0017 hrs which in my eyes makes it a new day I ordered wrap of the day to be told it was full price at £3.49!!! Upon questioning this was informed the offers don’t start until 6am!! So if you want wrap of day before that time you would need to order yesterdays one This is so wrong and bad advertising for a big company
Went in store and ordered a breakfast via Self Service, no receipt given, told the assistant twice, my order went off the screen, went to the till, number of customers had the same problem, greeted by holly the manager with a terrible attitude, probably won't got back to edge lane. Food was cold.
Ordered a double cheeseburger and single cheeseburger plus fries. A coke and a strawberry milkshake. Sadly the food was all cold, the coke was flat, but the strawberry milkshake was excellent. But since McDonald's moved to paper straws, they go soggy far too quickly.
Absolutely shocking costumer service by some red haired skinny rat that looks like a vulture off jungle book. Defiantly in the wrong career. May I suggest the morgue or funeral director’s.. spaced out was a understatement I’m sure they was sniffing glue out the back. Chips was half filled and I’m sure they gave me an uncollected order because the meat was stone cold. Only thing worth going for was the milkshake. Need to sort the 5ft 3 rat serving. Would be such a better place DRUG TESTS 100
