You ask for a frappe and get told we have none you get to the drive thru window and yes there's a frappe on the top of the machine lying at its best
Went in for food today, very long waiting time and cold food was a bit busy but food shouldn't be cold
We moved into the area and went here. They gave me a double cheese burger with mayo instead of the proper sauces. It was disgusting. Why would you do that???? We were in the drive through and were no way coming back. Now we travel past this one to go to another mcdonalds.
I recently stopped by this McDonald's on my way home from Liverpool. I placed my order on one of the electronic menu boards. It took about 10 minutes to be served, but when my cheeseburger arrived, it was ice cold. I returned it and waited for another 15 minutes for a fresh one, which was unfortunately even colder than the first. My daughter also experienced a long wait of over 25 minutes for her order. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager about the cold burger and slow service, he did not seem interested and appeared focused on serving Just Eat drivers. This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. If I had to rate it, it wouldn't receive a single star.
