The modern interior, quick service, and delicious burgers made for a great experience. The staff went above and beyond to help customers, even in unexpected situations. Customers appreciated the cleanliness, efficiency, and helpfulness of the team. While there were a few minor issues with missing sauces and straws, the overall experience was positive and recommended for a quick and satisfying meal. The restaurant's convenient location and welcoming atmosphere made it a great spot for a burger break in the city.
This is the WORST PLACE I've ever been to. No lock for the disabled toilet, I asked about this and was told that they are waiting for the lock to be fixed, then I was told that there's a sign inside, I asked him to show me and yes NO SIGN OUTSIDE OR INSIDE OF THE TOILET, MY FRIEND FELT VOLATILED
I usually don't write fast food reviews, but this experience was anything but fast. I used the self-service machine and received a number on the screen instead of a receipt. I was told to go to the collection point to wait for my food. After standing there for 20 minutes with no sign of my order, I approached a staff member at the till and asked for a refund for order 77. They asked me what was wrong with the food, but I explained that I hadn't even received it after waiting for so long. It seemed like the process was not being followed, unlike in other McDonald's restaurants I am familiar with. It was frustrating not to have a receipt to contact head office about my experience, and to not even receive the food I paid for. Overall, it was a disappointing visit and I would not recommend it. The assistant manager did try to help by offering a refund or a new meal, but I didn't want to wait any longer as my friend had already started eating.
Incredible, the staff are so nice (shoutout to Gareth!!! We love you! went above and beyond for us, if we lived in liverpool we’d come back every single day.
Me My husband visited this McDonald's We had to wait over 20 minutes for food When it came My husbands was Ok he doesn't Like to complain But my fillet of fish was both Overcooked Frozen Dont know how Someone Can over cook something and be frozen at the same time, it was unreadable Was offered a replacement meal but My other half had but finished His meal by the time they dealt with Me, Got a refund but know apologise and it ruined our dinner also the mens toilets were filthy with the hand dryer not even working never again at this establishment.
Very busy due to eurovision and lots of staff working hard and keeping things running smoothly, unfortunately the manager with the red hair was walking around the customer area not doing a whole lot other than shouting at the staff that were doing all the hard work. she was extremely rude to a lot of the workers as well as being rude to a lot of the customers. power of managing a maccies has clearly gone to her head but the way she speaks to the members of staff is completely inappropriate and embarrassing for them to be spoken to like that in front of customers, especially when it is that busy and they are clearly stressed anyway.
