2 of my friends went up to the bar to order the drinks for our table, they were served on the medium floor by a small woman. of the desire of her attitude was terrible, she tried to refuse the drinks for our...table when she wanted everyone to see id when the bouncer at the door has already done. the young beside us was served by her at the same time without problems and was not asked for a pass. she refused to take our food order without explanation, so we had to go to another meter. she had a terrible attitude when we ordered our drinks, asked what we order to give us a lot of imagination and create a problem where there was not one. She seemed really upset and angry, and took her attitude on us for no reason. it was really not called and left a terrible impression of this place.

Party of 4 with two drinks denied from the 4 but the other 2 calculated and they refused the refund. the worst customer service I have experienced. we did not know at this place was rejected so that she still accused us and I paid. the staff refused to get the manager, and when we finally talked to the manager he informed us, there was no chance to refund .

7 billard tables, 2 queens. guinness was a 3.5 out of 10 max. no idea who runs this place, but this is shocking, musician was good and employees were almost embarrassing about the pool situation.

Went with my wife last Saturday for the liverpool w arsenal game, managed to get a place before the game and the music was already defening. the footy came first without sound, but you could say when it was that it would be loud and they were not disappointed. a few other tables complained about how loud it was and my wife then went to ask the staff if they could turn it off, the fact that he could not hear that my wife said everything. Finally he worked out what she said and my wife ended up with a few ears. we managed to observe the first half, but when the half-time whip went, we rose up to pursue about 20 more people. will not go to the foot again.

Came here for breakfast Sunday morning. Took forever to order, and also waited over 45 minutes for food to arrive. Some of the girls ordered Irish fries which were on the menu, when they arrived it was English fries and they were so cold. Beans...were as if they were poured straight from the tin to the ramekin. We complained and an extremely rude female supervisor arrived whose manners have a lot to be desired. She argued that they don’t do potato or soda bread (yet it’s on the menu), and stated “I’m not being cheeky but if the food was so inedible you shouldn’t have eaten any”. Well if you didn’t take so long coming down the stairs to sort the issue quicker maybe we wouldn’t have eaten any…. Eventually got a refund but they gave us cash whenever we paid with card. Spoke to other ladies on the way out who also said their food was cold and late. Poor service overall. Messaged them looking for an email address to inform the manager about the rude supervisor and how she is allowed to speak to paying customers like that but I’m still waiting on a reply.
