The restaurant had a charming ambiance with friendly staff and delicious food. The only drawback was that our table was positioned right outside the kitchen doors, so we were frequently bumped into by staff. View all feedback.
What Fred Scott doesn't like about Mayur:
There was us and another table on a Saturday night at 20:00. The food was very average. Flavours ok, but above all heats food unlike boiled per order. It is certainly not a good food and I would not return. I had better Indian fast food services than this facility. View all feedback.
Only been to this restaurant twice. The two best indian meals I have ever had. Superb food, Excellent, friendly service. Clean restaurant.
We were greeted by a mild member of staff and shown our table, noticing the restaurant had an aging, worn, tired feel to it, regardless of the Valentine decorations. The service felt a bit disorderly, although the staff were pleasant and very helpful. The starters were lovely, very tasty, however the mains and sides were less impressive, as was the chutney choice that went with pappadums. Unfortunately and sadly, with the amount of good/excellent eatery choices in Liverpool, I would not recommend or return to Mayur, unless they modernised their menu, ambience and quality of food for the price you pay.

The food at this restaurant is excellent - very tasty. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean, and the service is great. I would definitely recommend it.
I ordered wrong and then argued that we made a mistake! Food and tasteless not much meat in dishes. Better Indians in Liverpool
