We called in here because we got lost when we were trying to find the restaurant we had booked for dinner. It looked interesting from the outside so we decided to stop for an aperitif. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed two glasses of Prosecco at £5.50 each. It is decorated with a modern Scandinavian theme. The menu also appeared have some Scandinavian dishes. I had previously reviewed this restaurant and was quite disappointed with the food. However, Tempest is a much better option with a cool and relaxed atmosphere. They offer great beer and delicious coffee, along with decent wifi for those who need to work on their devices. Staff were amazing and very friendly. The breakfast was fantastic and they even swapped some of the things on the menu for us. The coffee was brilliant.
Great little place for brunch or for something a bit more lively in the night. There is rooftop terrace for in summer. They sometimes do a rooftop cinema

I love that this bar has partnered with Skaus, I can’t get enough of their lunch menu. It’s great for veggies and vegans. The hassleback chips are fab and the Scouse is better than what my mum makes (but shhhh)
Bobbed in here for brunch after going to the Passport Office so glad we did, coffee was fresh and the scrambled eggs were to die for. Great little place, would recommend.
