I really enjoyed the concept of mixing tapas with French cuisine at this restaurant. The baked camembert with honey was delicious. While the duck was a bit dry, the meat was tender and fell off the bone easily. The escargot was a bit chewy and it would have been better if they were served with the appropriate utensils. The restaurant has only been open for three weeks, but the food was really exceptional! It is definitely worth trying out. French tapas is a unique offering in Liverpool. I highly recommend trying the duck, steak, aubergine, and any other dishes that catch your eye. The location is great, the toilets are quirky, and overall it is a unique dining experience.
