On a Monday night just after Christmas the restaurant was unsurprisingly quiet. We were a party of 6 plus my 2yo niece. Service was excellent and the staff were more than happy to take my nieces dinner into the kitchen and heat it up for her. The food itself was excellent. 6 adults, 6 different meals, 6 empty plates! If you like it spicy the honey chicken with ghost pepper sauce is highly recommended. View all feedback.
What SaraC doesn't like about Barton Rouge Liverpool:
I had high hopes for this restaurant based on the reviews, but I found the food to be just average and quite overpriced. It’s unusual to be charged for poppadums and dip at an Indian restaurant. The lamb curry was rather chewy, and the rice portions were on the small side. As for dessert, the options were limited to frozen ice cream, which wasn't traditional at all. View all feedback.
The food was excellent, and the atmosphere and service were outstanding. I would definitely return!
Excellent service and delicious food! The restaurant is spacious, making it perfect for both solo dining and larger groups.
Really enjoyed our first visit here, the food was exceptional, Staff very friendly efficient. Definitely go back
Platz was nice and had few people for a Tuesday night, it was just something on chili side plus the toilets nice but cold too.
Rather an odd ambience for an Indian restaurant. Mixed starters all rather dry and with awful looking red colouring- quite offputting. Fish curry was good but overall rather lack lustre food that was reasonably priced
