read moreArong, an Indian takeaway, has garnered mixed reviews from customers. While some praises its delightful menu, attentive service, and the ability to customize meals—particularly enjoying dishes like chicken chilli thighs and Balti palak—others express disappointment with inconsistent food quality, delayed orders, and inadequate customer service. Complaints highlight cold food, missing items, and long wait times, which overshadow the restaurant's strengths. Despite a few loyal patrons who appreciate its flavorful offerings and friendly staff, many suggest exploring other dining options for a more reliable experience. Ultimately, Arong's potential remains, but improvement in service consistency is essential.
