I was charged for items I didn’t order, such as being billed for a build-your-own instead of the kids' Quesadilla we actually requested. The staff member assembling our bowls also didn’t mention that extras like guacamole would incur additional charges. I would not recommend this location.

Consequently, the food falls short in taste, portion size, or both. In my experience, my meal was excessively drenched in spicy sauce—the ratio of spicy sauce to chicken was an outrageous 2:1.
