The cactus chicken is the best. Hand breaded chicken tenders with a house made sauce (which I suspect is sweet baby rays honey mustard mixed with sweet baby rays original barbecue sauce). Their special of sirloin steak tips w/ cactus chicken was incredible. View all feedback.
What Tammy Jamie Schmidt doesn't like about Chuck Wagon:
Place really needs a serious update. Place smells old and musty. Waitress was rude and never came back and asked us if we needed refills. Our food tasted like it was frozen and reheated. I had French onion soup that definitely tasted like it came out of a can. The Alfredo sauce on the chicken Alfredo had no taste. My spouse had the cactus chicken and he said it didnt taste like it normally does. I noticed the chef in... View all feedback.

Long wait. Okay food. Staff has personalities of rocks.
Have a great lunch with Mom and my sister, At one of the best window tables. a menu even a dad could love, friendly service team. Every time I go here I expect to see Sally Fields and Burt Reynolds and the trans Am, I'm not sure why, I love the decor, very nostalgic period correct. someone needs to shoot a movie scene here! Parking: when it's busy it can be a little funky to find a spot, generally it's fine.
Took hubby for Father’s Day and the meal, The service, atmosphere was SUPERB! We had the 14oz. Ribeye. He with mashed and coleslaw and I had baked and greenbeans. We were served hot rolls and butter before meal and ordered an appetizer of Cactus Chicken. EVERYTHING tasted so good!! Kudos especially to the cook/chef staff for a magnificent meal. The steaks were outstanding as was the rest of the meal. We ordered dessert each to go. Husband ordered a strawberry rhubarb cheesecake and me a french silk pie. Plus husband also ordered a lemon meringue pie to eat there. I know this sounds like a a lot of food and make no mistake, it was MORE than enough. We took plenty home with us to enjoy either with steak and eggs or the way it is for dinner??. Absolutely perfect in every way.
Excellent service. Everyone got what they wanted exactly the way they ordered it. Portion sizes were just right for lunch. Nothing fancy, simply a great hot lunch. Kid-friendliness: Good location for kids. Their cactus chicken is awesome. Lots of kid friendly options. Wheelchair accessibility: They have a side door right off the sidewalk.
