What User doesn't like about Subway:
I called the restaurant at 8:08 on Sunday to place an order, but the person who answered said "hello" instead of identifying the restaurant as Subway. When I asked if I had reached Subway, they confirmed that I had. I then asked to speak to a manager, but was told that there was no one else available. Accepts a door order we waited for over 15 minutes only for them to cancel the entire order. would have been nice to cancel it and not half as the estimated time.
For a small business the 2 employees were super nice and worked hard to please all customers.
Called to ask what type of sandwiches they sell and was hung up on. if i could give 0 stars i would but that’s not possible. absolutely terrible service. i tried again but was hung up on when i asked if i could place an order
Im doing a Postmates order for pick up and the place is closed early. I recieved the order at 10:40pm. Waste of time and also letting 2 different partie down for the early closing of this subways inconvenience. I guess I'll just keep driving around wasting gas and time till I get a pick up location that is going to be open for business. Thanks?

It's not uncommon to have decent to good customer service at most places, however, it is especially rare to have a wow experience as a customer and that's what JC provided.I trust that management takes notice of his value, especially in today's climate, and sets him up for success in not only his current role, but helps him build a foundation for success in future roles as well.
