Contribute FeedbackDO NOT order on the app. Multiple times my order is missing items usually im fine to go pick it up but this time I was sick could not leave home. Alexis told me to reorder and put that i spoke with her unfortunately it would not let me put that so I called. Was put on hold for 10 minutes realized its not worth the hassel so recalled seeing if an associate could cancel my order no I had to talk to Alexis. So i said okay and the associate kept saying they were busy and I understand but just put me on hold to talk to Alexis I dont need to hear yall say you are busy 5 times I get it. I'm just sick and wanted to cancel my order. Well was on Hold for 30 min and my delivery arrived. So paid again for items they missed. I was never asked what my order was or my name. Also put a person on hold or hang up before letting some of that tail end attitude out.
What I ordered vs what I got. Eggs were thinner than a slice of cheese. Won’t be going back to Panera again.
