Absolutely love this place! I had my husband‘s birthday dinner here last night, we had a party of 14 people, and they did amazing taking care of us! Our server was so fun and even brought us out a complementary champagne toast at the end for all of us! if you’re looking to have a A large party here I would definitely recommend this place! Especially for birthdays! View all feedback.
What C Goff doesn't like about The Melting Pot:
It would be great if they offered two cook tops for a table of guests beyond 2. We were a part of four, two couples and we had to share one dipping sauce. Maybe offer two choices would complement the experience . View all feedback.
My family and i recently dined at the melting pot of Littleton. This place was so amazing. We came in with six of us to celebrate my parents 30th wedding anniversary. We did not have reservations but were offered a table inside or outside on the beautiful new patio that they just constucted. I let Maitre D know that were celebrating my parents anniversary and they promptly brought out a card to the table for my parents. That was a very nice touch. The server then offered us a special that they had called the sunset special that had all four courses they offer and a bottle of wine for like 70 bucks!!!! The best part is that the srever offered it to us. You never see that anymore with servers. We ate cheese, filet mignon, shrimp, chicken, and chocolate, oh yeah and i cannot forget the three bottles of wine included with the special for six people for under $200!!!! The manager came to the table and brought us a toast of champagne to celebrate my parents anniversary. Not to mention they threw this all together without us even having a reservation. That is what i call a perfect dining experience. P.S. We loved all of the water falls and will be back soon to eat lunch on the patio. Especially now that you have a different (and cheaper) LUNCH menu!
I never write these things but I had to this time! My Fiancé’s grandparents were coming into town for the first time and because I’ve never met them I was looking for a good place were we could get to know each other. I had to work that day and I was racking my brain over what to cook to impress them and then one of my work colleagues suggested the Melting Pot. My fiancé and I had never been but had always heard great things. So I called to make a reservation and the hostess on the phone was very polite. I told her why we were coming and explained that I wanted a table that was laid back and private so I could get to know my soon to be grandparents. She explained that she couldn’t guarantee my request however, most of the tables in the restaurant were private she explained some of the booths even had curtains to make the table completely secluded. I knew at this point I had made the right decision to go to the melting pot. When we pulled up the valet was extremely courteous and friendly and the hostess held the door open for us. As we walked up we noticed the Patio. It was such a beautiful night we decided to sit outside. As the hostess took us to our table she was very friendly and mentioned that she knew Mason’s grandparents were from out of town asked them how they were liking Denver so far, and mentioned that she new about our engagement by asking when is the big day! This was an excellent touch it made Mason’s grandparents feel like we were VIPs with this extra little bit of attention. It made me feel kind of special that the girl taking my reservation actually was listening to my situation and took notes! The tables on the Patio were so beautiful! We sat next to the water fountain and enjoyed our view of downtown Littleton. PERFECT for the laid back setting I was looking for. Our sever was named Ryan and he was fabulous. He was very professional and personable. Being a little nervous about our first fondue experience he walked us through step by step. He had wonderful knowledge of wines and led us into a perfect wine choice. He took the pressure off of the whole ordering process and made it easy. He also told us the crazy history of the building. We ordered the wine dinner special and it was spectacular! Oh my goodness I didn’t know I could eat that much! From the cheese to the chocolate everything was incredible. I couldn’t believe it when we got the bill, how reasonably priced everything was. The whole time in my mind I was expecting this crazy expensive bill but, for what we got. Four courses, for four people, two bottles of wine plus after dinner drinks and the whole experience it so worth it. Mason’s grandparents were so impressed! I managed to get to know them, make a great impression, have a good time without breaking the bank it was fabulous! I liked it so much I plan to have my bridal shower in their banquet room! We can’t wait to go back! Thanks! Melinda and Mason
