ordered two sandwiches online via their app to be ready at 12:30. I was in the restaurant at 12:30 and they didn't even begin to make the sandwiches. I said they would be made immediately by the male cash, but the female sandwiches just continued to make sandwiches for the people in the line! I asked her to cancel the order and refund it. they said they couldn't give a refund and I should use the app they can't do. View all feedback.
