Schneids' has the best BBQ Ribs in the entire Denver-metro area! Simple atmosphere, great staff, and GREAT prices.

The restaurant is now called Hogback BBQ. I've visited twice in the past month, once with a large group, and everything went smoothly on both occasions. The new owners appear to be really enthusiastic about enhancing the experience and ensuring customer satisfaction. I definitely plan to return.

Hogback BBQ is fantastic, and the brisket is absolutely amazing! I intended to have just a few bites and save the rest for dinner, but I ended up eating it all because it was so delicious! The potato salad is quite good as well. The owners are great, and the staff is really friendly. I will definitely be returning!

We discovered this delightful little restaurant while traveling south to the Springs, and we’re so glad we stopped! The interior is simple, but the friendly service from the owner was a nice touch. However, the highlight of our visit was the smoked baby back ribs. They had a deep, smoky flavor, were cooked to perfection, and were served with your choice of sauce—definitely go with hickory! We will definitely be coming back soon!
