I recently tried the eggplant parmesan at Saucy's after a friend's recommendation. Unfortunately, the breading on the eggplant was soggy and mushy. I really enjoy eggplant parmesan, but this was the worst I've ever had. On the bright side, the spaghetti was good, so I didn't end up wasting all my food.
