Red Lobster - Littleton

I had a fantastic dining experience, and Steve was incredibly attentive. It was my birthday, and it turned out to be a wonderful choice. We ordered the Tuesday special, and everything was excellent. Food: 5/5.

Although our server was polite when she acknowledged the delay in our meal, we quickly realized that our table was not the problem. For most of the time, she had only our table to attend to, and there were only about five other customers in the entire restaurant. Initially, we thought the issue lay with the kitchen, but as we observed other tables getting their meals promptly from different servers, it became clear that it was our server who was at fault. We noticed that she spent a lot of time chatting with other staff members instead of attending to her tables. It felt like there was a lack of management oversight in the service. We've frequently dined at Red Lobster even when the restaurant was busy, and we consistently received good service. It's disappointing because we genuinely enjoy Red Lobster's food, but this experience made us feel undervalued as customers. In fact, we ended up having a better time at a nearby burger place instead. We won’t be making that mistake again. I would advise anyone thinking of celebrating a special occasion at this restaurant to proceed with caution.

This evaluation is only about the takeover. I had good experiences with the one. man and I ordered to get out. I ordered a shrimp cocktail and a bowl of clams. they have cut me a garnel in the cocktail that should use jumbo carimps. ha, they were good medium. the bowl consisted of 1/2 cup suppe. I measured it because I looked at how little I got. I called the restaurant and whoever I was transferred to fight me. I could finally get a refund for my food, I never got the refund. they betrayed me twice. if I could give zero stars, I would.

Went for a special early dinner. We were one of the few couples seated, and the service was great. Food is always excellent. Ultimate Feast is what I recommend.July 10, 2022 Update.Went for another great dinner. The Admiral's Feast is another one of my favorites. Never disappoints.
