Pub On The Common - Littleton

Whenever I visit my son and his family in Groton, this pub is my favorite spot for a beer. The cost per person is typically between $20 and $30. I would rate the service a 4 out of 5 and the atmosphere also a 4 out of 5.

The drinks and food are excellent. There's also a charming small-town bar atmosphere.

**Service:** 5 stars Cara, the bartender, offered outstanding service with a friendly conversation and a warm smile, which truly enhanced our experience. **Food:** 4 stars I ordered the chicken broccoli Alfredo while my wife opted for the Cobb salad with grilled chicken. Both were simple dishes, but they were well-prepared and absolutely satisfying. **Portions:** 5 stars Wow, the portion sizes were generous! It's always a pleasure to go somewhere and have leftovers to take home. I think I’ll have lunch sorted for the next two days. **Ambience:** 4 stars The atmosphere is classic pub-style—slightly dim with low ceilings and a large bar area. The single unisex bathroom was very clean. It was just what we needed for our visit. There’s no keno or jukebox, but they play iHeart stations, and Cara had the '80s tunes on, which we loved. There are plenty of TVs for watching sports, too. **Price:** Will we come back? Absolutely!

Clean, nice staff. Yummy subs and a good draught selection. Only one bartender on what appeared to be an unusually busy night slowed things down a little.

The restaurant is a cozy spot with a calm ambiance and a respectable variety of beers. The service was acceptable but lacked warmth. It's a decent place to grab a drink with a friend, provided there's parking available. The establishment was clean, and the prices are average.
