Menu
We might have the menu of Phở 9 from Littleton in the gallery. You might find a menu further below.
A neighborhood pho spot known for generous, flavorful bowls, hearty portions and solid vegetarian and boba options. Many diners praise the pho, pad thai and quick takeout, while others report uneven food quality—especially seafood—and occasional over-salty or undercooked dishes. Service and attentiveness are inconsistent, and a few cleanliness/quality hiccups were noted. Comfortable, casual indoor seating in a shopping-center location makes it convenient; worth trying if you prioritize portion size and flavor, but expect hit-or-miss experiences.

The Pho, noodle bowls, and spring rolls are tasty. Staff is friendly. When I lived closer this was my go to Pho spot. I go here still every now and then. 4 stars. View all feedback.
What Jennifer V dislikes about Phở 9:
The reviews are true. The service here is super crappy. My mom daughter and I entered and the employees just looked at us. We sat ourselves and then after we made ourselves comfortable one of the employees asked us to move to a booth. The move wasn't optional. The food is okay too. I've had better pho other places. OH! And not to mention there was a small bug in one of our carrots that was in our pOverall, wouldn't d... View all feedback.
Proper Vietnamese food!A much bigger menu than most. The Bun Bo Huey was great, as was the Bun. Recommend! I think the environment and presentation was better at their second restaurant up north, but both were proper.Parking: Lots of parking.
Great food. Many choices to choose from not just Pho. There were other noodle dishes and rice dishes as well. And can't forget about the vegetarian dishes.. We really enjoyed the food, very flavorful. The portions are good size.Food: 5/5
All of that would have been somewhat tolerable, but the service was ... well, quite subdued? Perhaps this is a cultural difference, but I don't recall Vietnamese restaurants in the Denver area being this way, even though many have changed over the past few years. The staff rarely interacted with one another and didn’t check in on customers to see if we needed more water or how our food was. It felt reminiscent of the service I encountered in my former Communist country, where attentive service was sometimes viewed as insincere or condescending. As John Lovitz used to say: "ACTING!" It really makes a difference when you're paying over $40 for a casual meal for two and still expected to leave a tip for basic food delivery to your table. I'm rounding up from 2.5 stars, as I believe Pho 9 has the potential to do much better.

I order take away. Oh my gosh, the short ribs were delicious, wish there were more of that. I didn't like the Sliced carrots, it had way to much sugar in it. The source for the rice wasn't the best in my opinion, again tasted like sugar water. The Pad Thai was sooooo yummy. I could have that again. I'm looking forward to another visit.
