Papa Murphy's Take 'n' Bake Pizza

On my last visit, my wife ordered a garden salad and a Mediterranean salad, along with a large pizza. I expected everything to be ready since I was the only customer. There was a girl behind the counter and a guy nearby. When she asked for the name on the order, I provided it, and she found it in the system. After I paid, she instructed me to grab the two salads from the cooler. Not knowing which salads my wife had ordered, I picked two garden salads. It would have been helpful if she had specified which salads to take, especially since we would have paid more for the Mediterranean salad. I placed the two salads on the counter and asked for a bag to carry them. She simply tore off a plastic bag and set it next to the salads. Good customer service would have involved her bagging the salads for me and confirming that I had chosen the correct ones. Then, she still had to make the pizza because it hadn't been prepared. When she asked me what toppings were on the pizza, I didn’t know since I hadn’t ordered it myself, so she had to look up the details. Overall, it felt like they weren't invested in making my experience enjoyable by having my order ready and correct when I arrived. I appreciate the convenience of getting fresh pizza, but I don't want to deal with staff who seem to overlook the importance of customer service. If customers stop coming, their paychecks might be the next to go.

The pick-up process is always fast and convenient. There have been a few occasions when we had to double-check our order due to a missing pizza, but they are quick to correct any oversights.

We only ordered a pizza, and it cost around $50. We specifically requested light sauce due to my dietary restrictions and asked for extra cheese, but they didn't follow these instructions. I'm really frustrated because most places manage to get this right. While the pickup process was good, the overall chaos of the experience has left me quite upset.

Great pizza to a great price and they can pull it hot from their own. make sure that these days are really busy.

How hard is it to clean the front door?It’s COVERED with greasy fingerprints. When I gently pointed it out, 6 PM 9 27 21 the manager snottily said “I’ll keep that in mind”.It is hard to be confident in their overall cleanliness if they don’t even take pride in the first thing people see: the front door.
