Panera Bread - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
In the past I have enjoyed eating lunch at a Panera’s, especially their salads. I was shocked today at a large salad with chicken a large ice tea costing over $20 dollars plus tip!!! This is not a high end lunch restaurant!!! The chicken was no longer white chicken breast, but dark greasy thigh meat. We visited this place to grab a couple of breakfast items for the next morning. I chose the almond croissant, while my mother opted for a blueberry muffin. The staff were extremely friendly and patient with us. I stored them in a bag when we returned to our hotel room, and after just 15 seconds in the microwave the next day, they tasted fantastic!
