Worst experience in a long time!!! The food was fine a little heavy on the blackening spices and the service lead something to be desired (I had to ask for a second beer 3 times before the waitress remembered to bring it and she kept walking away without asking if we needed anything like water or silverware. The big problem came with the bill when the owner added a 2 dollar cover for each of us for the band. We asked to speak with him and he was a jerk saying I could make a decision “Honey” that it was only 2 dollars. That was the point. We just spent over $200 dollars on dinner. A dinner that we could have gotten at any number of restaurants in Denver that wouldn’t have charged us a cover for the band even without buying dinner. The entire reason we went to dinner there was to see the band. I called that day to make a reservation and no mention of the cover was mentioned when I asked about the band. A cover without dinner yes, fine but to nickel and dime dinner guests is rediculus. They were already charging $4 Bud Lt. Don’t waste your time or money on their fake southern charm. They obviously don’t have a clue what lagniappe means.
