Nicolo's Chicago Style Pizza

Stick with the pizza. I ordered the eggplant Parmesan today, and it was likely the worst I've ever had. It seemed like a frozen, breaded eggplant cutlet that they simply reheated. If they can't make a decent eggplant Parmesan, they shouldn't have it on the menu. After this experience, I don’t think I’d trust them with anything other than pizza in the future.

Honestly, this is the best pizza in Highlands Ranch! I absolutely love it. I ordered a small regular crust pepperoni pizza and a small cheese deep dish, and both were fantastic. The deep dish makes for great leftovers since the cheese is on the bottom and the sauce is on top. I can’t decide which one I like more, so I just get both! Highly recommend!

Furthermore, I paid $6.25 for the children's mac and cheese, and I certainly didn't expect it to be Kraft from a box! That's a 500% markup for something so subpar. This experience was really disappointing.

Nicolo's offers exceptional food and service every time. The cuisine here feels more authentic compared to competitors like Parrys, and the flavors really bring to mind a classic New York-style pizzeria and restaurant.

We ordered the all-meat deep dish pizza, as it's a classic Chicago-style dish, and it was absolutely delicious! The flavor was fantastic, and the crust was crispy and tasty. We even had a lot left over to take home. We also tried the mozzarella sticks, which were excellent. The service was quite good too. We visited for lunch on a weekday and were surprised to find that we were the only customers, considering how delicious the pizza was. The atmosphere was decent, nothing too fancy. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and the pizza was outstanding.
