My KFC bowl was fantastic—definitely the best I've had in years. Usually, the chicken is tough and there's never enough gravy, but this time it was made perfectly. Thank you for doing it right! If only you could teach the other locations how to make it this good!
So Upset with their food quality. I went to this location to get dinner afterwork. My sandwich was dry and hard to chew. Like rubber. I drove back to the restaurant and got another sandwich which was just as bad as my first sandwich. I will never go back and eat at this location. ?
When we finally received our food and left, we drove to a nearby door only to find it was closed. Other patrons inside looked equally frustrated. To the young employees reading this—please don’t settle for this kind of treatment. No one deserves to be treated that way, and there are plenty of places that are looking for workers who deserve better.
Was charged $17 for a 6pc chicken tender and a chicken sandwich. At the window I was handed a random drink I didn’t order. Feels like a rip off compared to Chik Fil A which is considerably better, cheaper, and has better service.
If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. The employee at the drive-thru was rude, impatient, and disrespectful; she really needs to be fired. She rushed me through my order and even yelled at me to hurry up! I ended up driving away and ordering from Raising Cane's instead. This woman clearly lacks basic customer service skills and is making the experience miserable for everyone!
