Flying Pig Burger Co. - Littleton

My first visit to this restaurant wasn't great. Our waitress took ten minutes to greet us and didn't refill our drinks during dinner, which left us feeling disappointed. However, since we live nearby, we decided to give it another chance. I'm so glad we did! DAKOTA completely changed my impression of the place. If you want the best experience here, you need to request Dakota as your server! He is personable and eager to address any issues. He knows how to make the atmosphere enjoyable and fun! I will definitely be returning now!

As first-time visitors, we were extremely pleased with our experience at this restaurant. We were recommended this place while searching for great mac and cheese, and it did not disappoint. The mac and cheese was delicious, along with everything else we ordered. The fried pickles were outstanding, and the pork tacos paired with the beer cheese were divine! Our server, Dakota, was extremely pleasant and attentive. He made excellent recommendations for both food and drinks. Overall, the food was fantastic, and Dakota’s friendly personality made the experience even better. I would definitely come back just for his exceptional service.

Bacon, bacon, bacon—yes, BACON! If you're a bacon lover, this is the place you need to visit! They have bacon-wrapped dates, short rib tacos, the pig split, and an amazing dessert with bacon, caramel, and ice cream. It’s absolutely to die for!

I have to respond to a couple people slamming this place. I go here all the time. The service is wonderful, and the entire staff is friendly as can be. The burger's are about the best in the front range. It is difficult for me to order anything but the Umami Tsunami because it is so darned good. Gouda Cheese and a candied bacon crumble. Yum. You want bad service? Walk across the parking lot to the Bowles Cafe where Management seems to pride themselves in rude.

The food, the people and the environment are great here. And don't forget the drinks. The smoked wings and bacon-wrapped dates are some of my favorites. Pair those with a hand-crafted cocktail from the bar and you have the makings of a wonderful happy hour. Go! Enjoy! You won't be sorry!
