What User doesn't like about Firehouse Subs Village West:
The restaurant experience was disappointing. All the staff wore masks and seemed to be putting on a show related to COVID precautions. My main concern was that every time I saw a server, they were constantly adjusting their masks with their hands. It made me uneasy, as those masks likely harbor germs in the warm, humid air. And then, they were serving my food. View all feedback.
Great taste and faster service. can't really ask for more! I had no firehouse sandwich I didn't like.
I like the food but I dont need a side of far left politics from the employees. I dont want to know the politics of the people making my sandwich.

Went during a busy time, as a former employee of fast paced to go businesses I understand the stress of a rush. Patiently waited for my order, there were several orders in front of mine and I was in no rush. As I was waiting, I kept hearing the guys getting frustrated every time someone didn't hear their name called the first time. Kept hearing **** and oh my god over again when the customers were simply out of hearing or had 6 kids to take care of. So when they called my name I was quick to grab my bag and go. When I got home I realized they forgot my salad I paid extra for, and normally when this happens I kind of shrug it off because I don't care enough to go get it. But I was pretty frustrated because if they were gonna have an attitude if you didn't pick up your order the second your name was called, then at least have the order right. I went back and calmly spoke my feelings to one of the guys and you could tell they were too stressed to care. But I wanted to leave this review because when I worked in customer service, I was taught to be patient and nice with all customers even during rush hour and this was the first place where the employees seemed more impatient than the customers were.
USUALLY GOOD. TERRIBLE TONIGHT AT AROUND 4:30 P.M. ID ORDERED A BEEF, CHEDDAR ON WHEAT NEVER WHEAT AGAIN SMALL. THEYRE WAS SO MUCH BBQ SAUCE ON IT OVER POWERED THE TASTE. BARELY ANY CHEDDAR CHEESE AT ALL. THE GIRL HAD HER MASK ON BUT HAD LOT'S OF HAIR HANGING OUT MAKING OVER SANDWICH. PICKLES NOT COLD ENOUGH WITH NO CRUNCH. PLEASE IMPROVE. THANKS.
