Unfortunately, I wasn't able to catch her name, but I had to leave a review because her warm demeanor was so refreshing. The sandwiches were fantastic, but her kindness truly made my visit special. People like her have a significant impact on the world. While everything may not be perfect in life, my experience at Arby’s tonight was uplifted by her presence.

The staff was all right, not overly welcoming. They ended up charging me for two meals instead of one sandwich like I requested. And the food made me so sick. We did try the new waygu burger and ended up throwing half of it away because it was not good. View all feedback.
