The Great Wall - Littlehampton

I have been a customer of this restaurant for years, but I don't usually order takeout. Unfortunately, the food I received this time was greasy, the rice was dry, and the chips seemed old and reheated. In my opinion, a lot of it ended up in the bin instead of being eaten. It's a shame that the quality has really gone downhill now after all these years. I will be looking for a new Chinese restaurant to try. The service and atmosphere were just okay, with a rating of 2 out of 5 for both. Meal type: Dinner. Price per person: £30–40. Food: 2 out of 5. Service: 2 out of 5. Atmosphere: 1 out of 5.

The chips were oily and the chicken balls were undercooked. When I called to complain, the owner showed no concern. Overall rating: Food 2, Service 2, Atmosphere 2.

This was the worst Chinese food I have ever purchased. The BBQ ribs smelled bad and were in what appeared to be dirty water. The rest of the food was equally terrible. When I called to complain, I was told to call back because they were closed for the night. The next day, I returned all the food in full containers and was cursed at and yelled at. I eventually got my money back because I refused to leave without it. I was yelled at and made to wait 19 minutes before the owner came out to speak to me. It was an awful experience in every aspect and ruined our dinner. Save yourself the trouble and don't eat here!

Really disappointed and no way to complain. No taste, soggy crispy shredded beef. Everything had a creamy after taste . Should have stuck to our usual place. Don 't waste your money Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

We order from here around once a month on varying days of the week. Even on Saturdays the food comes quick. The chilli beef is basically heroin it’s so good. When I eat it I transcend realities and begin to ascend to the heavens and feel at peace with myself. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20
