I took a gamble. I saw the bad reviews, but I was just so hungry and craved Burritos and enchilada and this place was comfortable. I ordered superb burrito with steak (which has additional costs for steak) and the enchilada dinner. The lady who took the order did not sound impatient BUT in rude manner, more like an aunt you need to come to the point. At the window they had very family life, they laugh, they descended... The food is great… BUT the drive thur guy was rude when we asked for taco sauce to go with the 6 pack of tacos we ordered! We paid for tomatoes to be put on our tacos… after our 30 minute drive home we found out they did not put tomatoes on our tacos but did charge us for them! Tried calling… they DO NOT answer their phone and they apparently don’t have a website View all feedback.
There's a reason they've been here for a long time. I don't come very often to Little Rock and decided it's been years since I've eaten here. Mon, I missed myself! The food was super hot and fresh as I remember. No ugly portions here, they serve you a meal. I have a snack for this afternoon. I ordered the Superb Burrito dinner and it was loaded. The rice and the beans were boiled and seasoned properly. I couldn't miss out on ordering **** and cheese. My eyes were too big. This cheese dip, salsa and chips will be later. The beans were creamy, tasteful and stole the show. My server was friendly and efficient, both critical to me. She made sure my order was correct and I had the setup. Unfortunately, too many food centres are too large to make the job right. Why are there no more locations? I'm not sure, but Taco Bell has to take some notes because this food is on the point.
Always busy cause the food is sooo good and affordable. But faster service. I'm from Memphis, but it's so good that I make it a point to stop when I'm in town.
I took a gamble. I saw the bad reviews, but I was just so hungry and craved Burritos and enchilada and this place was comfortable. The lady who took the order did not sound impatient BUT in rude manner, more like an aunt you need to come to the point. At the window they had very family life, they laugh, they descended to the earth and were totally cool. The food was really good. So shy, good place to eat. I'm coming back!
The ride thru line was long, but the gentleman outside the orders was very nice, had a big conversation with him while waiting for other cars to pull. My food order was correct and quality / taste is consistent as usual. To complete the meal, you always have to get a cheese dip. It filled us and we have leftovers. We'll be back.
So far we have been sitting in the drive through (unable to get out of line because of the curbs locking us in) for about 15 minutes so far and doesnt seem to be moving any faster. I hope the food makes up for the slow service. To be fair it is 451pm and probably a busy time for fast food places. Although, if this is the normal amount of wait time during peak hours, then fast food should be a phrase banned from their business. As I write this we it has been 5 more minutes and we have moved up one car. I believe we couldve sat down at a mexican restaurant and be finishing our meals about now. Probably with a nice margarita buzz. We finally got done and got our food at 501pm. Service was to the point without any hint of hospitality. My burrito is crunchy stale on some bites. And my wife's 3 taco's..crunchy tacos..are no longer crunchy. They are soggy and even the lettuce has wilted. She says the guacamole and cheese dip is really good though. All in all id say this place is borderline 3 stars. And for the price I would say 1.5 stars. We also got a small cheese dip and paid for an extra larger. My steak burrito isnt very good either. Proceed with caution! Lol
