EJ's is a popular spot in downtown Little Rock that offers a consistent and great dining experience. The staff is friendly and the food is top-notch, ranging from delicious sandwiches to homemade soups and chips. Despite occasional long waits and a somewhat busy atmosphere, patrons keep coming back for the fantastic offerings such as the Cuban sandwich and tasty seasoned chips. The weekend brunch is a hit, perfect for enjoying champagne and OJ with dishes like The Standard. While some may find it a bit pricey, the overall atmosphere and excellent customer service make it worth the visit. So if you're in the area, make sure to stop by EJ's and enjoy a memorable dining experience that won't disappoint.
I only had cheeseries and a drink. It seems like he's a cool place to hang on weekends or after work. The drink I had was not good at all. It had lemonade in it, and its lemonade is not sweet at all. So the drink just tasted vodka down. The cheeseries were good and a beautiful part.
Here for brunch after the church. My mother and I ordered waffles and eggs. The eggs were good, but the waffles? It's deep fried what it tastes like a funnel cake. It made us feel we were at the fair. The waffle was fat and chewing. The service was also super slow.
Absolutely love this little fucked gem! I usually order to go, but it's such a cool mood on the inside! The cheese frits are the best and for the amount you don't compare anyone. I had the chips and they are delicious just wish that the spices evenly distributed my top chips had some while the ones below did not so much. I tried the chicken quesadilla and turkey sandwich.
Went here for brunch after church. My mom and I ordered the waffle and eggs. The eggs were good, but the waffles?not so much. It?s deep fried which makes it taste like a funnel cake. It made us feel like we were at the fair. The waffle was greasy andchewy. The service was also super slow.
This is a charming local restaurant and bar. The bartender and the staff are fantastic! It can get a bit busy and chaotic since there are only a few employees, but they manage to perform better than many fully staffed places. They offer the cheapest mimosas in town. If you're looking for great food, you definitely won't be disappointed. Be sure to check them out and let them know the lady from Minnesota sent you! I visited in April 2022.
