This is a great place with a view of the city, perfect for enjoying quality drinks, appetizers, and desserts. I took some friends who were visiting for a slightly upscale experience, and it certainly met our expectations. First off. They charge a 32% tax, making a simple beer cost $9.67! Patrons are also asked to wear headphones. Very strange place. Everyone was listening to music with headphones on and no one was talking to each other. It was so weird. I watched a guy go up to the bar and order 2 gin and cranberry juice cocktails.
