Got my Uber Eats order, but the presentation was a letdown for the $24 spent – looked like a cheap Chinese takeout setup. The food's alright, but the chicken was a bit undercooked. Considering the restaurant's high ratings, my expectations were sky-high—maybe I shouldn't have looked at the pics beforehand. It's cool for a one-time thing; hopefully, they step up their delivery game and presentation (unless they're slashing meal prices). Attention to details are the key to get recurrent customers. I have eaten here before and had amazing food! Visited last time I stayed at Mercure Kawana waters. Decided to grab some dinner at 7:20 tonight and when I went in the lady working seemed really annoyed that we came in. She then sat us and then ignored us. In the end left to go elsewhere. In future, I wish she would of told us that we had come close to closing and that kitchen was likely closed or closing. I would of understood and left earlier instead of just getting ignored.
