It's Starbucks, friendly, quick, clean and comfortable, what's not to like?

Just wanted to shout-out to today’s staff for awesome service and their kindness!! From the time I walked inside I was greeted by two baristas, then at the register and had a lovely interaction with the cashier (hey Josh, Sam Vickey!)I’ve now been sitting for a couple of hours and love the interactions I’m seeing between the baristas and customers. They are super friendly, know their regulars by name, have been so kind and immediately willing to remake a drink and go the extra mile to help make the customers experience a positive one.I use to work in coffee and know what can make or break a guest experience more than the coffee or food is the service so I just want to commend everyone on shift today and say great job! Keep up the awesome attitudes, genuine care for your guests and excellent service?

Closed often random, slow or no app ordering very slow service high prices. as a reward member more frequently I could not miss more disappointed my old places in flower mound.

Both baristas were very friendly and helpful. also our latte were good, as well as the coffee cake. I recommend this deaducks location in little Elm/West frisco.

Good customer service if I ordered until a worker stops over my foot, in which he apologised, but why would they first move next to a customer. from this moment I knew that everything else would go down the hill. the barista asked someone how to make my drink when I order a basic menu drinking mocha cookie to crush frapp. the frapp was so watery and not even the mocha color I am unsafe when she was too much milk or what, but it was rough never again to this place. bad experience and terrible drink did not even drink half of it. to the happiness my shoe is not ruined.
