Great discovery in the area, great customer service, not only was the lady patient, she had tried my drink if I wanted her to add something before I went out. They also have a lot of Mexican Gautier options, just what I was in the mood for. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Los Mangos:
Super slow service. I went out twice because they were so slow. The second time will be my last time. Waited over 20 minutes and only one customer was in front of me. The older lady does not work the products she sells. I asked what the difference between 2 flavors and she said, I don't know. Then got crazy when I said how you don't know what you're selling. We found this place while looking for froyo after the soccer match.Although they didn't have frozen yogurt but they have variety of Mexican fresh fruit yogurts and ice creams.We really liked the mango fruit with chili powder on it and the mango drink was good.It seems liked family owned business and ladies running the business were very quick in taking order and preparing it.Nice place to visit if you are in the area.

Then got mad when I said how do you not know what you sell.
The customer service can be improved. I ordered churros and they didn’t tell me it would take over 30 mins to get them. (Almost 40 mins) When I said, next time you should let people know it will take over 30 mins to get the churros the lady said, well call it in next time. Which funny enough I did call to make sure they had mangos this time because last time they didn’t have any. She said well then call the owner if you have a problem. Once again no one answered the call. Overall the experience there the last few times hasn’t been great. The food is good but not worth the attitude.
