What Robert B doesn't like about Jimmy's Big Burgers:
I'm pretty sure reviews for all Little Elm restaurants are 4-5 star just to support local business because every high rated place out here is garbage. This is by far the worst burger place I have ever been to. Burger buns hard as a hockey pucks, fried pickles were worse and tater tots were soft and mushy. Would not recommend, couldn't eat half my food and I was hungry. View all feedback.
The food was disappointing. I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger, but it lacked any flavor, and the burger was extremely dry. The onion rings were just rings of fried dough, and they didn't taste good at all.
This restaurant is not halal, so I recommend that all Muslim patrons exercise caution.
I arrived at noon and found that there were only two customers, including myself. I waited 30 minutes for my food, which was a bit frustrating, but I brushed it off. I ordered a cheeseburger with fries. The cheeseburger was quite good, and the fries were hot and well-seasoned. Overall, it was a decent dining experience. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Lunch.
Update 11/2/23: We decided to give it another shot, and I’m glad we did! The food was hot and delicious, and the waitress was incredibly sweet. It seems our previous visit was just an off night. Tonight’s experience was fantastic!
Excellent food and outstanding service! I ordered the Jimmy Big Burger with fries, and I also got the kids' chicken nuggets with fries and added some onion rings!
