We were here a few times across 3 days. The food was always good and the service was fast and friendly. It wasn't very busy because of the time of year, and we tended to eat dinner early, so we were usually the only people there other than the staff. So.... the table was always the best table with the best view! Couldn't go wrong. : View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about North 46°:
We ordered 2 appetizers and three fish and chips and a white fish. All our food came at once. Appetizers and attracts all at once. Our server Alex never came to check us out. I had to go in and ask for refills on our drinks. Our server sat at the bar. We would have ordered Dessert and another drink, but nobody wanted to offer it. This restaurant is one of my favorites in Ontario. The place was spotless, and the food was absolutely amazing. I ordered the Big Bison Burger with fries, which was on special, and everything was fresh and simply fantastic. The service was excellent as well, with our server wearing a big smile the entire time. I can’t wait to return! A big thank you to everyone there!
This is a fantastic place to dine in Little Current! If we had known about it yesterday, we would have chosen it for dinner. The food portions are generous, and the staff is very friendly. There's a lovely view of the water, along with a patio area for when the weather is nice. Plus, you can enjoy a view of the swing bridge!
We visited North46 on a calm Friday evening and enjoyed a fantastic dinner. The nachos, fish and chips, and Manitoulin Whitefish were just what we wanted, and everything was cooked to perfection. The service was prompt and friendly, allowing us to dine and leave in under an hour. The portions were generous—plenty of delicious fries!—and we left feeling satisfied. This was likely the best restaurant meal we've had on the island!
Love this restaurant and hotel, hope you do as well, good food and fair prices, polite staff.
Their bison rib eye steak is fantastic. I've had the burger form of bison before (not from this restaurant but from elsewhere) and haven't been impressed compared to beef, but having it as a rib eye was a revelation. It was superior to the beef rib eye I've had elsewhere. I'll have to be on a lookout for it at other restaurants now to see if they prepare it as well as this place.
