This restaurant is fantastic! If the weather is nice, definitely opt for the outdoor seating to enjoy the view of planes taking off. It’s important to note that you should skip the sandwiches and focus on their Italian specialties. The lasagna and spaghetti and meatballs are fresh and delicious, with a wonderful sauce that really stands out. Make sure you get a server who is attentive and prompt with refills. I did k... What Kristi Marten doesn't like about Fiorentino's Italian:
The food was mediocre, but the service left much to be desired. Although there were plenty of staff members, many of them seemed to be standing around idly. For a dine-in dinner, the cost per person was around $10 to $20. View all feedback.
It was Tuesday at 5:30 and not crowded. We waited over 10 minutes before asking the host who seated us and was also busing tables about our server. The server came over right away and was very nice. We ordered calamari which was extremely overdone. We also ordered the Apricot Bacon specialty pizza which sounded awesome but was disappointing and limoncello chicken with polenta which was very good. It’s average food, with slow service in a cool location. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
We have gone to Fiorentinos for years and have mostly been pleased. Tonight was another story. They were not extremely busy and had plenty of help standing around doing nothing. The server said she was new yet no one was giving her any help. After our main course came out luke warm and before the salads arrived and we couldn’t find the server, one our our party walked to the hostess stand to ask for some help. She was basically blown off. Then she asked for a manager and this person said he was the manager and told her to sit down. Then he came over and brought some cheese and mumbled something. The whole time there were several people doing nothing but playing on their phones and even sitting on the floor. It was apparent that there was no REAL manager on duty. To cap things off, as we were leaving another customer was trying to pay her bill and her server was talking to people at a table. When the customer asked one of the six people doing nothing she was told she’d have to wait for her server. A disappointing experience and will make us think twice before returning. The service as a whole, was not good. Our waitress was good. I got out in the parking lot and started having bad pain in my stomach. My partner and I both mentioned that we thought the scallops tasted a little off. The remainder of the night I was on the couch in pain, with him asking if we should go to the hospital. Wonderful for a $100 dinner. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
