Auntie Anne's - LITHONIA

I received old nuggets, and when I returned to exchange them for fresh ones, the staff insisted that they were fresh. However, I witnessed one of the employees throw half of my order away. I asked for a recently made batch, but she refused to refund my money. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and a complete waste of time!

My experience at this location was fantastic. The cashier, Anyla, had an incredibly positive attitude and a warm, inviting energy. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted at first, but she was very patient with me and offered some great suggestions. She is truly one of the best employees I’ve ever encountered. The exceptional customer service and her delightful personality truly made my day. She is one of the most wonderful individuals I've ever met. I highly recommend this location!

I have always loved Auntie Anne's, and I've enjoyed it with my children too, but this location is the worst! The service is terrible, and the pretzels are dry and old, far from what you would expect. The young staff members seem untrained and have no idea how to provide good service or prepare quality pretzels. This has been one of my worst experiences ever! It's unfortunate since this is our only option instead of going to the city, but this really needs to be addressed—it's unacceptable! The pretzels were not just bad; they were inedible, and I was extremely frustrated by the whole experience. I couldn't even get a refund! What a waste of my time!

I haven't eaten at this facility. I decided to stay out on the way and get rid of my eating. not even 2 minutes in my house, I eat 5 salty brezel nuggets I find strands of hair in my eating.

They would not let me order and when they said I could they told me they were closing. Just makes no sense..
