The new manager has completely relocated this place. Without exaggeration, it is the epitome of what a manager should be. The place was clean, the food was fresh and amazing! I highly recommend this place. We were with a big party. Cat greeted us at the entrance with the best hospitality. Then Lea was our server the best. The food was great. This is the first time we've ever gone to a restaurant and my daughter hasn't sent back. Kudos, Kudos and Kudos!
The new manager has completely transformed this restaurant. Honestly, she exemplifies what a manager should be. The place was spotless, and the food was fresh and delicious! I often ask for a lot of modifications with my orders, and other places usually struggle to get it right, but she ensured everything was exactly how I wanted it. The service was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. She deserves a role where she can travel to different locations as a training manager—she really is the best! I'm usually quite picky about excellent service, and she ticked all the boxes for me. I hadn't eaten at Applebee's for years, but thanks to her, I'm a regular now.
We celebrated the end of the school year for our three daughters and my husband's baseball championship games. There were 11 of us in total. We were seated right away, with no wait, and our food arrived promptly. Our server was very polite and friendly, doing a fantastic job of ensuring that everyone received exactly what they ordered.
I ordered takeout and tried the broccoli chicken Alfredo for the first time. It was delicious, and I'm really glad I chose it. It also came with a breadstick, which was a nice touch. I definitely recommend giving it a try—you'll likely enjoy it!
