Rick's Custom Meats - Lithia

My wife grew up in the area and last year brought me out to Ricks for lunch. The Cuban was PHENOMENAL. We’ve been back five times since, what an amazing little spot to grab a bite to eat!

My first visit to this store and oh my goodness! Best tri-tip ever smoked it on the grill last night..delicious! Seafood boil today with thier own sweet Italian sausage..yummy (as we had to cook one with breakfast)! Looking forward to trying the Buffalo burgers we purchased as well! The only disappointment was..they were out of the infamous beef sticks! But everything else made up for it! Will def be back!!

I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with Rick’s Custom Meats. Rick is a great guy, fair and friendly. The quality of the meat is amazing, the employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and the cleanliness of the facility is top notch. I’ve recently had them butcher a couple of pigs for me, and results were above and beyond previous experiences with other butchers. Well done Joseph!

This is a true throw back to the old country stores. They have a great variety of old time cold sodas that are very hard to find in most places like cherry wine, lots of different root beers etc. Large selection of BBQ sauces(my favorite is Pat 's Ho Made BBQ Sauce). Their specialty is the meats they offer, they have a variety of exotic meats like Buffalo, Gator Elk to name a few. They also make great jerky including Gator Wagyo! Huge variety of sausages; have you ever heard of Christmas Sausage? How about Gummy Bear or Candy Corn??? They will also process your deer or whatever you bring them! A definite Must See in Down Town (there really isn 't one) Lithia!!!!

Called in my order earlier in the week as I needed my meat VERY thinly sliced and I know the meat has to be partially frozen when sliced to get it this way. Went on Saturday to pick it up and they had it ready for me. Quick in and out. It was my first time using Ricks, but I’ll definitely be back!
