I went in for a banana split, only to find out they were out of bananas. The grocery store is just three minutes away! Who manages this place? It seems they can't keep anything in stock.
Another visit to Baskin Robbins (Lithia, Fl) with family only for them to be out of 2 of our favorite flavors again …chocolate and mint chocolate chip. This has happened consistently over the past 3 years. I also have NEVER been able to order a specific sundae and them have all of the ingredients. And yes, we continue to return to support a local business, but it’s getting harder to support them.
I really want to give this place five stars because the girl that was working I wish I knew her name but oh my God she was running all over the place! I felt like she was working 4 different jobs at once. It was absolutely insane I felt like she was packing donuts and making drinks and getting orders out the window and also helping the front it was incredible! Your work didn't go unnoticed. The donuts were fine and so was the drink so no real complaints.
Not a fan of the staff. They could of at least smiled or say hi when we walk in
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. On a Sunday afternoon, I waited 15 minutes for an ice cream while four male teenagers served. When I voiced my frustration, the shift leader dismissed my concerns and told me to leave the store. Terrible service!
