We had to repeatedly ask for our drinks, and when they finally arrived... read more Unfortunately, the service was quite disappointing, which really let down the experience. We had to repeatedly ask for our drinks, and when they finally arrived, the bottles were slammed onto the table. We also didn’t receive beer glasses unless we specifically requested them, and there were no knives available initially. The waitstaff seemed disorganized, wandering around with our food while looking for our table number. To make matters worse, the table next to us, who ordered after us, was unhappy since they received their food first. Overall, I’m giving three stars for the food, but the service deserves a zero.

I asked the waiter about it, and was told that they had to let the chef go. In my 40 years of travel and dining out, I've never felt so uneasy about eating at a place. My wife and I decided to leave right away.

The duck and the chicken were cooked perfectly and accompanied by flavoursome mash and jus. The service was friendly and the chef made such an effort to make sure we enjoyed our night, even sung happy birthday to me once he found out.
