I have dined at Red's many times over the years. Always a good experience. Yesterday was exceptional. Staff was attentive. Food was good as always. We were a large party and very pleased with the entire service. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Wedge:
Very poor experience. We had to talk to management twice. Waited for water for my family of 4 for over 30min. Ordered our food an hour and forty five minutes and never came. Other tables that were seated way after us were getting their food. We actually walked away and will NEVER return to a restaurant that needs much training on handling customer service. We dine at Red's often and always enjoy the location. This time we had some issues with the food. My husband ordered a hamburger that came with no bun or BBQ sauce. The kitchen made a mistake, and our very good waitress took care of the error and made it right on the bill. We did not like the taste of the salmon....a little dry.
Devin was our server. He did a fantastic job!! We were able to have breakfast with a former employee of Reds, Katerina. We thoroughly enjoyed hearing her tell us about her first semester at Loyola Marymount. It sounds like a great school!!
Great lunch for six at Red Allens......beautiful weather for seating on the back patio overlooking a lovely manicured golf course, good service and delicious salads and sandwiches and desserts. It was a treat! Thank you Red Allen's...we'll be back!
Absolutely lovely! 10 of us ate outside on the deck with the beautiful golf course as a view. Birds were chirping, lots of good visiting, birthday boy was happy, and our table was happy.
