I used to come to this restaurant a few times a week, but lately the service has been declining. On this visit, I ordered a dish with Super Greens and two pieces of duck, but unfortunately they didn't have Super Greens in stock. I understand that it's challenging to find high-quality help in this industry, but still, come on.. View all feedback.
I ordered the cream cheese Rangoon and found a hair in it. I'm a blonde and the hair was dark brown.
Recent reviews have noted a decline in quality at this restaurant, and my experience last night was no exception. The Broccoli-Rind dish has always been disappointing, so we stopped ordering it altogether. Last night, I specifically ordered two plates with chow mein, emphasizing that I did not want double orange chicken. However, despite repeating my order three times, one of my entrees ended up on rice instead of chow mein. Furthermore, instead of the honey walnut shrimp I ordered, I received honey rice wars - essentially half the portion I had expected. It seems like speed is prioritized over customer satisfaction at this restaurant. It would be nice if they paid more attention to detail and ensured each dish is prepared correctly. Overall, my experience at this place was extremely disappointing.

The second time the food was disgusting. Panda what is with the quality of your food I drive to camback and 91st to get good food. The chicken was hard, the green beans were dried up, they look like they were dried green beans fiess me and my son couldn't eat our food and if I don't call nobody takes the phone going figure if you don't want customer complaints simply don't answer the phone as this will go away the problem. Controlling You are an expensive high-quality restaurant and you let it go to the ground, perhaps your District Manager and General Manager must come and see what the shift does to the restaurant call.
Ordered the family meal combination for $40 and Beef and Broccoli was the 1 of the main entrée I ordered. Got all Broccoli with literally 4 bites of beef (picture attached). I went to the store and explained to the manager the situation, he remade it. I reiterated how I spent $15 with Postmates to avoid having to drive all the way here and asked for something like a coupon for future orders or even a dessert (so that I don 't feel like I wasted the $15 delivery fee). He flat out said No, we don 't do that. Your problem is with Postmates not us! This is horrible customer service. I would stay away from this place.
