Tim Hortons - Listowel

The behavior of the evening staff is very rude. Every time we placed an order, they would say that their machines were being cleaned. This happened constantly.

I had a negative experience with the staff at this restaurant, especially the Indian staff working late at night. They were the worst I have ever encountered.

Amid the food and atmosphere staffs were too rude and very arrogant.The service was too poor..

While I've always appreciated the service at Tim Horton's, my recent experience during the night shift fell short of expectations. The staff seemed to lack the customer service skills I've come to expect. It would be beneficial for the team to receive additional training in handling customer interactions during late hours. I believe enhancing their skills could greatly improve the overall experience for patrons.

I’d a pretty bad experience from here. Customer service of this particular Tim Hortons employees are the worst that i ever experienced. I don’t really wanna go into much details about what happened but they’d absolutely zero interest in a concern that I raised about a product i bought from there. It’s a shame that customers are being treated poorly in such a renowned company. Wish I could rate their service zero star.
