All you can eat buffet meat really tastes good! The service is somewhat slow, but there are many people there, and there is automatic gratitude fee of 18% as well. I recommend a reservation! View all feedback.
What Rebecca N doesn't like about Seocho Garden:
The food was good, but the place had many tables, and they sat us with the only other caucasian family-literally at the same table. I pulled the tables a part a bit, and the owner/waitress yelled at us saying I can't move the tables b/c of the gas line for the BBQ. When I wanted to order something beside the ayce, the waitness seemed annoyed. View all feedback.
Very authentic and tasty food. The reviewers talking about the foot being overpriced are wrong. According to our friend who took us (lived in Korea for years) it is the most authentic Korean restaurant in the suburban area. Service was good. I would recommend.

It's been about 10 years since I've been here at Seocho Garden in Lisle. I don't know if it's the same owner but the lady server is still not too friendly but the guy server is still nice so nothing has really changed. That's why I took away 1 star. But it doesn't really stop me from coming because the food is still yummy. It is a $40 per person all you can eat Korean BBQ with plenty of delicious side dishes and meats to choose from. You can also have 1 noodle per person and my girlfriend picked their spicy cold buckwheat noodle and she said it was delicious and my cold buckwheat noodle was amazing! The broth was soooo good! I know you would say why would you eat noodles at an AYCE buffet but I have been CRAVING some cold noodles and it was chewy and delicious and just amazing! They didn't have lettuce which I was a little disappointed so we wrap our meat in it but the guy server compensated us with spicy scallion instead and that was just as good. Is it expensive? I really don't think so if you can eat bc nowadays you can't leave a restaurant for 2 without spending over $100. We had 6 meat dishes and 2 shrimp dishes on top of cold noodles and Korean pancake and beer!!! We definitely ate wayyyyyy too much but our bellies was full and our hearts was happy.
We were greeted by a friendly server who brought us to our table. We did the ayce bbq. Banchan was plentiful and tasty, was great for eating with the meat to cut through the grease. Meat quality was good and well marbled--it was tender and delicious! While it seems pricy at $40 per adult, my husband and I thought it was worth it as ordering a la carte at some other restaurants can easily be $20 or more per dish of meat and we ordered 5 meats and a cold noodle and we were very full. Their portions are also generous. Would come back again!
We went on a Tuesday night and the place was not busy to start. We did the all you can eat Korean BBQ. As the evening went on more people came in. The staff was not super friendly, but very attentive to our needs. It was definitely a laid back atmosphere. The food was pretty good for an all you can eat place. You can only select three dishes at a time and cannot order more until it's finished. The sides of kim chi basic and the staff would provide more when asked.
