We enjoyed a buffet style meal here plenty of choice and a good wine list. The staff are friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed my meal. We're regular visitors to Lisieux, this was our first time at Asian World. We'll definitely be back for more! View all feedback.
What Jean S doesn't like about Asian World:
Good selection of foods with novelty bbq plate set within the tables so you can cook your own meats etc. Unfortunately everything from the food station was barely luke warm and they only cook tiny amounts at a time. I'm all for not cooking huge amounts that get wasted but it was a busy night and everything was running low at 8pm. Good value at £15 a head approx if hot and plentiful but not the way we found it. Had a great family meal, with very good service even though it was a busy saturday night. Warm and friendly. They now have 2 sittings in the evening, 7 9pm.

Staff totally uninterested when I told them my food was cold and offered no solution or reduction. Another customer said this cool food problem was common place but they reheated on bbq plate. ..not a good idea to reheat!
If you like tasteless eating experiences this is the place to dine! Poor selection and over priced. Half empty tureens. Don’t waste your time and money!
Possibly one of the worst eating experiences we shared with our family of 2 adults and 2 children. Arriving at 8pm we had assumed from the menu on the door that 11 euros per person (and children over 10 years) I’d say that half the selection were almost empty and the rest were 70% down The usual stodgy selection of rice and noodles with frozen spring rolls, dumplings etc chicken nuggets and tasteless chicken Kebabs If I can spare you not to waste your money as we were then charged 70 euros 15.50 per person for the most mundane eating experience (evening charge) I have done you a big favour, I am puzzled why the French would eat this poor selection of so called Asian food. The sweet was basically a few punnets of ice cream and a poor selection of fresh fruit. RIP off!
We arrived here hungry, so were looking forward to a filling Chinese buffet. The food was nice and there was a good selection, however we kept getting told off for our 1 year old dropping food on the floor and for our 4 year old leaving food she didn't like. We felt uncomfortable and like we were being hurried out, something you don't expect, so if you have young children stay away...
