We had a wonderful experience dining here. The food was exceptional; we started with scallops and black pudding, which were amazing. I enjoyed the best steak I've had in a long time, and the dessert was incredible. The waitstaff were very attentive, and our host, Martina, was fantastic. What User doesn't like about Sheedy's:
Overpriced at per head for food only. The food was delicious, but not worth Atmosphere was lacking in a very cold dining room. Service was very slow- waiting minutes from ordering. View all feedback.
Smaller property, wonderfully maintained gardens, rooms, dining room, library, and lounge. Can't say enough good things about it. My wife and I were touring Southern Ireland, and they had availability for our 1 night request. They are a few KM's from Doolin, which was totally booked. Lucky for us. Martine was very honest when we checked in on the local Pub being outstanding, or using her on premises restaurant. We ate at Sheedy's and glad we did. Breakfast was another treat. Recommend it highly.

The hotel is spotless welcoming. The host hostess professional so accommodating. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a very long time. I would return to lisdoonvarna to just stay at this hotel.
We had a lovely one night visit here recently. We knew it would be, been here a few times before and it’s a winner. It’s a family run hotel, very comfortable beds and a great ambiance. Dinner and breakfast superb. Good wine list . Martina , is a wonderful host and works very hard to make everyone comfortable. Well worth visiting.
A fabulous hotel with very spacious and luxurious room. However the high point for me has to be one of the best cooked breakfasts I have ever eaten. Absolutely delicious. We didn’t eat in evening there but the menu looks excellent and will definitely be back to try. A thoroughly 5 star experience.
